Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Marketing Automation, or HubSpot Administration
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, email automation, contact management, list segmentation, and reporting
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations, preferably with platforms such as NetSuite
• Experience building and optimizing marketing automation workflows and customer nurture campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing attribution, campaign reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly while supporting multiple marketing initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot CRM, including contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, audience segmentation, and marketing automation workflows
• Oversee HubSpot and NetSuite integration, monitor sync health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate technical resolutions
• Maintain accurate marketing data, attribution, and campaign tracking across forms, calls, and customer touchpoints
• Build and optimize email campaigns, lead nurturing, retention, and customer reactivation programs
• Configure and manage CallRail tracking numbers to ensure accurate campaign attribution and reporting
• Validate CallRail and HubSpot data integration and monitor campaign call performance metrics
• Develop, organize, and maintain marketing SOPs and Google Drive documentation standards
• Support team onboarding and training on marketing processes, SOPs, and document management
• Consolidate marketing performance data from Google Ads, HubSpot, and CallRail into actionable reports
• Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards tracking lead sources, SQLs, campaign performance, and cost-per-lead metrics
• Deliver accurate weekly marketing performance reports and insights to stakeholders
• Participate in internal learning initiatives and support additional marketing operations projects as needed
